At Counter Culture DIY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals remain intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
